Do you sell fabric by the metre?

Yes! Most fabrics are sold by the metre, with many available in smaller cut lengths.

Do you carry quilting cotton?

Yes. We stock quilting cottons, solids, blenders, batiks, wide backs, batting, and more.

Can I special order fabric?

Absolutely. If one of our suppliers carries it, we're happy to special order it whenever possible.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available online and in-store.

Do you repair sewing machines?

Yes. We service most domestic sewing machines. Contact us before bringing your machine in.

Do you repair sergers?

In many cases, yes. Please contact us with the make and model first.

Do you repair industrial machines?

Yes, depending on the machine.

Classes & Events

Do you offer sewing classes?

Yes! We offer beginner classes, quilting, garment sewing, specialty workshops, youth classes, and seasonal events.

Can beginners join?

Absolutely

Do I need to bring my own sewing machine?

Most classes require students to bring a working sewing machine unless otherwise stated.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes.

Why can't I get shipping at checkout?

Because shipping costs vary greatly depending on what you're purchasing. We currently provide manual shipping quotes to ensure you receive the lowest possible rate.

Is parking available?

Yes, on the east side of the building.

Can I bring my dog?

As long as your dog is friendly and clearn, they are welcome in our store!
