Giroux Sewing Centre has been part of our community since 1981, when it was founded by Paul Giroux with a simple goal: to create a welcoming, one-stop shop for sewing, quilting, and creativity.
In January 2023, the business was proudly passed on to the next generation when Angèle and Brad took ownership from Paul and Suzanne Giroux.
While the ownership changed, the heart of the store did not. Both Angèle and Brad had already been deeply involved in the business for decades, learning the craft, the machines, and—most importantly—the people who make this community special.
Today, Giroux Sewing Centre continues to grow while staying rooted in what has always mattered: knowledgeable service, quality machines and supplies, and a space where makers feel supported and confident. From sewing machine sales and in-house repairs to classes, fabric, and everyday inspiration, the focus remains the same—helping creativity thrive.
