Children classes
After school classes for both boys and girls
Some weekend classes too!
Ages 8 and up (unless indicated)

Sewing classes will teach children the basics seaming process, multiple seams,
sewing machine functions, pinning, buttons and zippers, designing and pattern use.
Skill will be reinforced each session in a fun way.
As always: included are sewing puzzles, games and matching accessories during any classes.

No sewing experience necessary (unless indicated)
Learn the lost art of sewing at Giroux's
while learnign from the best teachers around.

In order to hold your child’s spot, pre-payment is required.
Cost of the class does not include materials because everyone has their own designing taste.

Poncho set
When: 3 sessions
Starting Monday March the 4th to the 25th /13
No class on the 18th (family day)
From 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Teacher: Sonya Villemaire
Description:  Keep warm in the cooler weahter with this great poncho, make it over and over again for yourself in different styles, or for everyone you know!
Cost: $40.00 for workshop, suppliew and fabric not included.

March Break Camp
When: 5 Sessions
Monday March 11th to Friday 15th/13
From 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Teacher: Julie McKen
Description: This is a fun way to spend your March break. Learning one of life skills can be fun and creative too. In this class you will learn the basic of quilting while making a beautiful quilted bag everyone will be jealous of!
Cost: $150.00 for camp, supplies and fabric not included.

Kids Fun Animal Apron workshop
When: 3 sessions
Starting Mondays, April 8th to 22nd/13
From 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Teacher: Sonya Villemaire
Description: Kids love to get creative, in the kitchen or in the sewing room......let kids make their own apron so they can let loose with you in the kitchen.
Cost: $40.00 for workshop, fabric and supplies not included.


Kid’s Napkins and placemats workshop
When:  3 Sessions
Starting Mondays May 6th to 27th/13
No class on the 20th (Victoria Day)
From 6:00pm to 8:00 pm
Teacher: Sonya Villemaire
Description:   A beginner’s kid’s class where we will make a napkin and placement set. This is a fun class that will dress up any table.
Cost: $40.00 for workshop, supplies and fabric not included.


Kids No Sew Workshop
When: 3 Sessions
Starting Mondays, June 3rd to 17th/13
From 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Teacher: Sonya Villemaire
Description: This amazing workshop allows the kids to work with their hand and knotting skills.
Choose from several no sew projects available; pillow, blanket, vest, poncho, dog bed, dog suit and more. See store for details.
